Graduates - Educational Assistant

The Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (TUoMS)’s alumni are requested to send an email to Danesh@tbzmed.ac.ir with their name/family name, national code and passport number (only for international students) and field of study for requesting their degree certificate or assistance with other demands. Emails are checked on a first-come-first-serve basis and generally takes 2-3 days to be replied.
To accomplish the task at the earliest time the alumni are requested to carefully check their details before sending email to the TUoMS’ Office of Alumni Affairs. Please also be prepared to provide other documents as proof of your identity if requested.
All requests for official academic transcripts or summary of academic performance must be sent to Danesh@tbzmed.ac.ir. If an alumnus’ degree certificate is lost, stolen or damaged, he/she can order a replacement certificate at a cost of about $20 (TBC by an officer in the TUoMS’ Office of Alumni Affairs). Please be advised that alumni are only permitted to have one copy of their certificate in their possession at any one time, so multiple copies cannot be requested. For each official transcript request, a small fee might be charged.
Your academic transcript is an official summary of your academic performance and progress during your study in TUoMS and will only include final marks confirmed by the appropriate institutional or national level examination board.
An academic transcript or certificate verification may be required by prospective employers or educational institutions to which you are applying. The verification process can be performed offline or online subject to payment of a processing fee. Verification of academic transcripts or certificates only can be performed upon receive of an official request by a third party academic institution.
