The memorandum of understanding of the Eurasian Universities Union was signed by the parties in the presence of the president of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences and the head of the permanent secretariat of the Eurasian Universities Union, representatives and presidents of Eurasian universities in Turkey, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Iran.
